Why we are not doing everything today

Our registered legal purpose (RC 152844) is intentionally broad — it covers recruitment and HR strategy, training and pedagogical engineering, call-centre operation, and more, alongside the technology consulting we lead with. That breadth exists because Moroccan company statutes are written to anticipate growth, not because we intend to run all of it under one roof at once.

We are concentrating deliberately on what compounds fastest right now: Audit , Consulting , Development , Intelligence , Automation , and hosting through Numerimondes Cloud . That focus is the whole point of the current four-person, founder-led model described on the Services page.

The direction: a holding, with associates

The longer-term shape is a Numerimondes Group — a holding structure where the capabilities already covered by our legal purpose become focused subsidiaries, each run by an associate rather than folded into a single generalist team.

The current technology-consulting business — Consulting, Audit, Development, Intelligence, Automation, Infrastructure, and Cloud — stays the anchor and the proof point. Everything else in the legal purpose becomes real only once there is an associate to lead it properly, not before.

How we already work with partners

Even ahead of any formal group structure, we already collaborate with external partners on adjacent work — building tender submissions (montage de dossiers pour les appels d'offres), website creation, and similar needs that fall outside our core services. These are handled case by case through our network, not as a standing Numerimondes offer.

What this page is not

This is not a recruitment page, an investment pitch, or an announcement of an active subsidiary. It exists so that anyone reading our Legal overview and seeing a broader registered purpose than our current services understands the reasoning — and so the direction is stated honestly rather than left implicit.
