Not a rebrand of one service. A composed path: start with a closed Audit, decide what matters, then ship and run — using the same unit services you can also buy alone.
Where this solution starts and stops
Modernization includes
A sequenced programme built from our services: diagnosis, decision, build and/or automation, then run — one commercial conversation for the path, unit pages for depth.
Modernization does not include
Buying only the diagnostic (that is the Audit service alone). Endless retainers with no closed milestones. Rewriting every unit service’s deliverables on this page.
The idea
Most firms sell modernisation as a vague transformation story. We sell a path of real bricks.
The first brick is already a closed pack: the Audit service — Level 1 technology inventory or Level 2 value-chain diagnostic, report, conference, roadmap. That writing stays on the Audit page. This solution starts there and continues only if you choose to.
You can stop after the audit. You can enter later if you already know what to build. The package is composition, not lock-in.
Composition — which services, in which order

Phase 1 — Audit
“What do we have, and what is it costing us?” Map, TCO, board-ready report and conference. No build included. Full scope, levels, and packages → Audit service.
Phase 2 — Consulting
“Should we do this, and how?” Prioritise findings, size ROI, close decisions before anyone writes code. → Consulting service.
Phase 3a — Development
“Build it.” Custom software you own — when the roadmap calls for a real system, not a workflow only. → Development service.
Phase 3b — Automation
“Remove the manual work.” Workflows priced against value saved — often the quick wins from Level 2 audit. → Automation service.
Optional — Intelligence
Private models and knowledge when the path needs smart systems without leaking data to public APIs. → Intelligence service.
Phase 4 — Infrastructure · Cloud
“Keep it running.” Mission-based ops and training, and/or Numerimondes Cloud as the hosting product — together or separately. → Infrastructure · Cloud.
How we price the package
Each phase can still be priced as its unit service. For the Modernization package we work one of two ways:

Payment stays milestone-based. No 100% upfront. An audit alone never commits you to the rest of the package.
