Tender Support · Narrative & Assembly

You have the pieces. We tell the story.

Most clients already have machine brochures, technical specs, financials, or prior submissions. What's missing is the thread that connects them to what a specific cahier des charges, bank, or investment committee actually needs to see. That's what we build — commercial, media, and financial expertise applied to your existing material.

Where this service starts and stops

This service includes

Reading the cahier des charges (or the bank's / investor's actual criteria), auditing what material you already have, structuring the narrative, and assembling the final dossier — technical memorandum, pitch deck, or investment file.

This service does not include

Producing 2D/3D drawings, CAD work, or physical modelling ourselves. Sourcing the tender or structuring the commission — that's Deal Structuring.

What we actually sell

Not design work. Not production. The leverage is commercial, media, and investment-grade judgment applied to material that usually already exists somewhere in your files.

Reading the real criteria

A cahier des charges, a bank's credit committee, and an investor's pitch review all score different things. We start from what actually gets evaluated, not a generic template.

Auditing what you already have

Machine brochures, technical sheets, past submissions, financials — most of the raw material already exists. The gap is rarely content; it's connection.

Aligning the dots

Turning scattered material into one coherent argument that answers the specific ask — not a longer document, a sharper one.

Assembling the final dossier

Technical memorandum, pitch deck, or investment file, delivered in the format the evaluator actually expects to receive.

If production is genuinely needed

Some files need something that doesn't exist yet — a 3D volume study, a CAD drawing, a render. When that happens, we scope exactly what's needed and bring in the right contractor for it. Whether that contractor is hired by us or directly by you is a detail, not a principle — what matters is that you know precisely what Numerimondes is delivering versus what's subcontracted. We keep our own footprint on this as light as it can be; the story and the assembly are ours, the physical production is whoever does it best for that specific need.

Who this is for

  • Tender candidates who already have technical material but need it turned into a file that actually satisfies the cahier des charges — often paired with Deal Structuring .
  • Companies raising capital or credit who need a pitch deck or bank-facing dossier built from existing data, not from a blank page.
  • Architects, engineering firms, or industrial suppliers who already hold the tender and the technical depth, and want the narrative and assembly handled separately from their own production work.

Pricing

Scoped and quoted per dossier — a one-page executive brief and a full investment-grade file are not the same job. Any subcontracted production (3D, CAD, or similar) is quoted separately and shown to you as a distinct line, never folded silently into our fee.
